ENVIRONMENT

How about the life and learning environment of Kansai International Academy?

Campus life

Campus life

From being established in 1986 to now, Kansai International School has been making effort for Japanese education, and sent large numbers of students from many countries in the world. From the beginning, we have emphasized a family atmosphere, and devoted to small-scale education. The foreign students not only can study Japanese, but also can exprience Japanese culture through the tea ceremony as a traditional Japanese, and can wear Kimono at the graduation ceremony if you want. Many teachers are veterans and students can discuss anything that you don't understand or want to discuss intimately. In addition, for students who wish to go on to higher education, we will provide individual guidance and training for interviews. As a result, almost 100% of students are admitted to their desired destination.

Dormitory

Dormitory

In order not to be confused by students visiting Japan for the first time, we have prepared kitchen utensils that are indispensable for daily life so that you can enjoy life in Japan from the day you come to Japan. Since seniors also live in the dormitory, you can tell us anything you don't know about how to use the supermarket, lifestyles in the area, rules that you must follow in order to live, and how to get to school by bicycle. It takes about 10 minutes by bicycle and about 15 minutes by train from the site to school, which is very convenient. There is no doubt that you can have a fun dormitory life with your reliable seniors.

Classroom

How about the school facilities and environment?

The school is fully air-conditioned, so you can study comfortably in both summer and winter. Next to the staff room, there is a large library with books of various genres. Not only can you read books, but you can also study by yourself outside of class hours. There is also a break room for students who arrive at school earlier than class time, where you can eat lunch. Since the area near our school is a commercial area, it is a convenient location for students to work part-time. However, because the surrounding area is a quiet residential area, you can study in a quiet environment in an area isolated from noise. There is also a famous temple called Shitennoji, which was built over 1500 years ago, so you can experience the old history of Japan. Therefore, I think that you can fully enjoy the contrast between Japan, which is at the forefront of the present, and the good old days.
